Three Pots Post Office

Been using this post office for the last 5 yrs and I must add that the service received has always been exemplar. Parcels have been dropped off and processed with bills paid. Mr and Mrs JOSHI are always pleasant to deal with. They always ensure that they inform the best postage service due to their thorough knowledge. I have shipped internationally and local packages that have all been delivered with no issues. Added benefit is always having them on hand to get essentials at short notice. This post office is a true asset to the local community. Keep up the good work. All the best in the future.

Avoid. Ive lost count of the times Ive turned up here to be told there are no Post Office services available, even during the hours on the Post Office website. If you want to hark back to the days when customer service was the lowest priority then go here - if you actually want a Post Office then go elsewhere.

Post office have digital proof that My parcel has been scanned into the post office but "computer says no". Most unhelpful customer service expect a customer to find out the name of the postman that delivered it to them! Post office is disorganised This would be a GDPR violation . No parcel for friends birthday . Please do not have your parcels redirected here for collection . Just criminal

A sign in the shop window says that the post office is open whenever the shop is - advertised as 6am. Tried to send a parcel at 9.15 on a Saturday morning, only to be told it would be open at 930. Returned at 930 (at some inconvenience) to be told it would be open whenever the boss arrived. Completely unreliable-I will not be returning.
