        I have visited the branch in Hinckley on several occasions and every time I do, the store manager, Sam, is extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. He will step in without being asked and offer suggestions and recommendations. He deserves recognition, as I can see that so many other customers have had the same professional friendly experience as I have. Apart from Sam, the selection of services available from printing photos, to frames and other gift ideas, spoils you for choice.

        A bit overpriced but the people who work there are lovely and so helpful. If you're not sure what to do just ask, they'll run you through it

        Charged me 13 to get film developed and printed, told the geezer not to cut the film as it was square format on 35mm so the frames would be different - lo and behold when I got it back it was cut, over half the photos ruined. Also some of the sprocket holes were ripped off which further compromised my ability to scan them in. They gave me 6 prints from a roll that had 16 photos on - shoddy lab work for an extortionate price.
