        Commented on que jumping despite me waiting my turn. There was 2 Ques. Poor shop layout and it's down to staff to manage the store not customer. Instead of gossiping and talking amongst yourselves just do your job

        Cant remember the womans name but she was working behind the counter today, health care advisor. Went to her about an issue with my eye, was in so much pain. She gave me some solution and was so kind and caring towards me! Very helpful thank you :)
