    I started training with Ben 10 months ago after putting on weight and forming bad eating habits. My confidence was at rock bottom and I knew I had to make a change. I couldnt have started that journey without Bens support. I really recommend him for anyone not knowing where to start as it is so overwhelming! He has completely changed my way of thinking about food and the importance of moving my body, adapting my training plans as I got fitter and always being available to answer my random questions!! I wanted to lose a few stone but ended up losing over 4!! Im fitter & lighter than I have ever been, more toned, stronger than ever and 100% bikini ready On to the next goal!

    Ben has given me the confidence to start believing I can achieve my goals. In less than a year I have reached my weight loss target (2 stone) whilst continuing to get stronger and gaining defined muscle, he is good to work with and does push you to work harder. Highly recommended, although dont want to big him up too much as we may have a waiting list for sessions

    I've been going to the gym for years and had lost the motivation to push myself. Classes are mainly virtual now which don't do it for me at all. A friend recommended Ben and I haven't looked back. He is kind, understanding and best of all he listens yet drives you to better results.     Before working with Ben I was anxious about going back to the gym following a knee injury and lacked in confidence in going into the free weights section of the gym. Since working with Ben I have gained strength in my knee that was injured and gained confidence in the gym. The best thing about the program is that I am pushed to work harder and lift heavier weights. I am seeing progression each week which has made me more motivated to continue exercising and getting fitter.

    Ben has helped me regain mobility in my shoulder and back after a RSI from work. He always makes things clear and simple and easy to follow. My confidence as a women using the gym has increased massively since my first visit. It can be a bit overwhelming at the beginning not knowing how to use the equipment etc. I was worried when Ben asked me to lift weights, however Im now more mobile and leaner and I love my gym sessions with Ben 121 and the group classes he runs too. Thank you Ben.
