        This company The Fragrance Shop Hinckley misleads you into thinking you are getting 20% discount off your purchase but in fact you have been signed up to a yearly subscription of 15 without the sales assistant Cheryl from the Hinckley branch informing you, this is a devious way of conducting business with inocent members of the public Cheryl from the Hinckley branch you should be ashamed and struck off from trading with the public along with The Fragrance Shop taking further action on this issue with Cheryl. I have tried to contact the customer service team to talk to a manager but in true tradition no one was available to discuss my issue, I also returned to the shop to speak to Cheryl but Cheryl did not offer any valid reason why she had done what she had done as if this was the norm, CHERYL you should be ashamed. 03/11/22 Hincky Store of The Fragrance Shop.
