Vision Express Opticians - Hinckley

Last visit well have. Despite arriving early we were 35mins late being seen by the optician. When we did get seen, the appointment kept being interrupted by colleagues asking for something and the optician left the consultation repeatedly. After complaining they stayed for the duration of the examination. Once we finished we went to view glasses options and there were no staff. When staff were available they were interrupted by the systems not working. We had little advice on glasses options, and the range was very narrow. Clearly a staff shortage, the people in front of house are nice but they have too many customers. After years we wont be returning.

Called in here and the service was fantastic. The gentleman fixed a pair of sunglasses for me that have been broken for over a year and he did a great job, was understanding of my younger children, did not make me wait long and was just a lovely chap.

I don't often write reviews, but I wanted to note that I had a great experience at the store today. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and Zainab in particular went above and beyond during my appointment making a routine eye test a pleasant experience.
