I have always gone to this Salon to get my nails done, and have always loved the outcome of my nails. However, my experience with the salon this morning has made me decide I will not be returning at all. I got a full set of acrylics with NORMAL colour, which is shown as 30 on the website and also the poster behind the cashier, yet I was still charged with 35. Because I had assumed the nails would still be 30 like they were last time I went (this summer) I only bought 30 with me. When I told the boss I was 5 short, she completely flipped out and was clearly talking bad about me, by shouting and pointing at me, in Vietnamese to the nail tech who did my nails. I was completely dumbfounded and disgusted with this behaviour. COMPLETELY unprofessional to flip out on a 16 year old customer because you didn't bother to update your prices where I can visibly see them! I'm so disappointed, because I have always been a loyal customer and have always had a good experience with the salon, but this behaviour was absolutely discipable, extremely unprofessional and so disrespectful especially towards a 16 year old. Never coming back.
