Rang smart Morgage after speaking to many people who just didnt seem to know what they were on abt or they wanted my amd myself to do part of their job for them. But after speaking to John at smart mortgage they were bang on 5* couldnt of asked for better help amd advise. Excellent communication from this family run business. Graham and John answered every question I had for them. This was my first property to buy and was rather complex due to the construction of the house but nothing was too much trouble for these guys.
