        I went into the Hinckley store today and was served by Andy the manager. He removed the lifting hoist bracket from my mobility scooter for me and supplied me with a new set of shrouds for my mobility scooter. Andy also gave me details about having my mobility scooter serviced as requested. He was extremely helpful and has a lovely personality. Excellent customer service. If I could award more than the 5 stars for this review then I would and will most definitely use their services again. Thank you so much Andy.

        I found that Simon the manager was very experienced and knowledgeable and as being someone who had never purchased equipment of this kind he put me at ease and gave me confidence in my purchase. Since buying the Rascal Vista it has reopened all sorts of opportunities for me and I would certainly recommend Mobility & Lifestyle Hinckley to anyone.
