TMEC came to measure my stairs for a lift several months ago, the lady who came out was simply wonderful, she understood my needs & was so kind & empathic I can not fault her Customer Service skills. The team who came out to fit the lift were just as lovely, so polite & kind. I was embarrassed to use the lift in front of them (they have to see the Customer use it for H&S) but they made me feel at ease. They left the house clean & tidy & again I cannot fault them in ANY way The lift itself is a Gods send, its very very easy to use, safe, quiet & looks neat & tidy when "parked" The guys had to fit a power supply & again this was done without any fuss or disruption to me & is a simply box on the wall. My stairs are very steep, with a sharp dogs leg bend at the top, but the lift was made especially to fit, which it does perfectly. I would highly recommend TMEC to ANYONE considering to have a stair lift in their own home. Its a hard thing to realise you do need extra help to get up & down the stairs, but once you have decided this Company is the best choice by far. Thank you TMEC for making my life easier without you I would have been forced to leave the house I love. Pauline Black. Brackley
