Horrible customer service the manager is the rudest one around avoid using at all costs

Really bad customer service!!! Avoid at all costs. Had a stair lift fitted last April. 8 x call outs and still not working as it should. I'm reg disabled and told to keep switching lift off which is very low under the sit near the bottom. I don't how I'm supposed to do this when I'm disabled and have a heart condition when it's up the top of the stairs. They won't fix till Monday. May have to sleep downstairs. I had my last lift with company 17 years and customer care was 1st class. But now this company does not deserve even 1 star. Really bad service!!!!

Very poor customer service and to charge 75 to visit my home in Burbage from hinckley is an extortionate price so went to another mobility shop in hinckley and received excellent service and no CALL OUT CHAGE,!!!
