Unfortunately I did not receive a good experience as per the other reviews. First of all I arrived and I was not even in his diary - OK not too fussed about that. I required 4 alloys to be fully refurbed and diamond cut. This took 3 days. Once I was able to inspect properly, I noticed they all had metal burs on the spokes. So much so they were sharp and if I was to rub my hand down them, it could potentially cut. A cloth also left fluff behind. Called up and he was happy to sort the issue which is good. I was shown other alloys which did have similar issues to mine on but not as bad. He did admit having issues with the burs but I really dont know how these would have been missed as it was very noticeable. Second visit, another 3 days waiting. Much better, still a couple of small areas of roughness/burs which should not be acceptable but after 6 days of costing me work without my van, I would accept it. The main issue I had this second time was the spokes were not all flush and appeared dented/warped in places on one particular alloy. I contacted the garage that day but have not had a reply since about this. This was 5 days ago. Not impressed and would not recommend to anybody which is a real shame by judging by the other reviews. I am not sure what went so wrong? I will be taking this further. I have attached photos in a timeline order of issues.

Very friendly and warm service, did a spectacular job on powder coating and diamond cutting my wheels, at a fair price! McMillan will now be my go-to place for any wheel refurbs in the future. Thanks Again *****

Fantastic service! Couldnt recommend highly enough. Managed to fix an alloy that another garage said couldnt be repaired!
