DPF Clean Team

Guys I kid you not if you want your dpf cleaned do not use this company..only if you want your part back in a months time then feel free! Also they are not cheap!!! My garage sent dpf from my car to be cleaned they took 4 days to tell him that it has melted, then another 4 days to get one off eBay & repackage! They then said the part failed their tests & it will take another 4 days!! & then they said I may not get that one if it fails same tests!! All this has taken 2 weeks so far! They lie & give false information & then they have the cheek to put the phone down when I lose my mind!!! Absolute disgraceful service! Cost me my sons birthday & ruined my jubilee weekend & the worst of it is that I am still waiting.. I have told my garage to get a refund & go elsewhere! I cant deal with the incompetence & unprofessionalism. If I had a choice I would not give even 1 star. The other reviews must be employees.

Thanks Nicola for sorting me out with replacement dpf. Delivered when they said they would now just organised returning Old unit. Hoping not to have my dpf replaced again but if I were to , these guys are number one on my list.

What can I say? Adam and Nicola were amazing from start to finish? I would highly recommend this business. They both kept me informed as the part needed to be ordered from their supplier. 3-5 days, it was ready in 2. I was even able to collect the part which enabled me to get back on the road. The Dpf, I ordered was a genuine part that Ive been reconditioned to a high standard. The whole process from ordering to the park being collected from my mechanic, was simple, and very smooth. I genuinely cant recommend these guys enough. Ive been searching for months for a reputable company and finally found the DPF team. Thanks again

I can not praise Scott and his team enough! I rang them after my car went into limp mode with a blocked DPF. Rather than pay a main dealer who quoted 1400.00 for a replacement I removed the DPF myself thanks to a YouTube video. I received a call from Terry asking if the unit was ready for collection and would a 24 hour turn around be ok! The next day Adam called me to say it was on route with concise instructions on what to do once refitted. Im more than happy to say my car is now back to its best at a fraction of the cost. As someone else said, I don't normally write reviews, but this company deserves it. Excellent service, friendly, not pushy. No charge if the DPF turns out to be damaged. My high mileage focus dpf was completely blocked - I could not not blow through it. I was looking at 1000 for a new DPF. The Clean team process cleans both soot AND ash (other service do not). It has come back like new for a fraction of the price. It has been working on the car now for many miles. Service: General repairs & maintenance
