Well, I never thought I'd be leaving a 5 star review for an estate agent, but after my experience with Castle Estates, it feels like the right thing to do. Dealing with the sale of my late parents' house from over a hundred miles away was a daunting task, but after meeting with a few different agents I felt that Hannah understood both the practical and emotional stresses of the situation, and the tricky state of the market. I was right. Castle Estates handled all the viewings and gave me great advice on how to present the house for sale. There were some hurdles to overcome with buyers dropping out early on, but ultimately, everything worked out and Hannah and the rest of the team did exactly what they said they'd do: took control of things and sold the house to the right buyers at the right price. I'll recommend them to anyone.
