These guys were excellent from the minute we walked into the door to the day they fitted the flooring and carpet, we chose laminate and carpet for 2 rooms and they fitted them on the same day, they were really helpful and not pushy at all. Kept in touch in every part of the process, will definitely be using them again later in the year, csn highly recommended them!

We have now used the Hinckley branch of Carpet World for the selection and installation of floor coverings in two rooms. We chose two different types of hardwood parquet flooring. Both times we were assisted by Marc, who was excellent - very knowledgeable, and he helped us make the right decision without any pressure. We are extremely pleased with the results, which have added so much to our home. We will be carpeting two bedrooms later this year, and will not hesitate to go back to Marc and Carpet World.
