Moat House Care Home

I cannot say how much this home has changed - My name is hidden due for protection since the they have a new manager I cannot believe how much of the slump care have got to. I have never known a manager so rude towards the staff staff others coming into the home I've seen more staff in the staff room they actually didn't even notice me coming in the home. I am that concerned I will be emailing the owners of the home due to unfounded behaviour staff seems to be off it just doesn't seem the same care game as before. The greetings coming into the care home is second to non I'm now considering removing my farther from the home to another home it seems allot of staff are spoken by the manager in the home very poorly such behaviour should not be allowed. I seriously hope the owners actually see this message.

Fantastic home particularly the care given to our loved ones with Dementia. My mum has just passed and the love care and support during this horrible phase of dementia was fantastic. Mum was in two previous homes and they were minus 5 stars in every area.
