The Ashton Care Home

We contacted The Ashton Care Home in desperation as we were at a critical point with my Step Mothers declining health. My Husband and my Father visited the home at 10am on Wednesday 29th March and were greeted with total empathy and care. Having explained the current situation at my parents residence, the Manager quickly made the decision to get a room ready as soon as possible and was at the house by 11am to assess my Step Mothers needs, advising my Husband that he will gain more information from her Doctors and he will be in contact as soon as possible. He contacted us within 1 hour to let us know we can take her in when she is ready, we were already very impressed. Ashton care Home sent 2 ladies to the home to help with the distressing aspect of my Step Mother going into their care home and I can not speak highly enough of them and the Manager, we are totally wowed and blown away by their professionalism, empathy, kindness and the natural care they have shown. Thank you.

Amazing care home. All of the staff are so dedicated to ensuring the residents are happy and well cared for. The home is very clean and tidy, great to also see so many activities taking place.
