I live overseas but recently found myself needing to sell my parents old house in Hinckley. When I was shopping around for a local agent to handle this my main priority was to find someone who was honest, knowledgeable and professional; someone I could completely trust to act on my behalf since I was on the other side of an ocean. The agents I spoke to either seemed to be junior representatives of large national chains or the stereotypical slimy sales type. Andy Davis was a standout exception. He came across as modest yet confident and a consummate local expert without any arrogance. My initial impression was born out with my experience through the sale. Andy handled everything for me: listing, viewings, offers and negotiation; and we ultimately achieved a sale at a good price. Andy also facilitated house clearance for me given that I was remote. He's a great estate agent and I would recommend him without reservation.

A brilliant service from Andy who rented out our property and when the time came sold it as well. He was always available and updated us often. I would highly recommend Davis and partners for a professional service, really good fair pricing and generally because he is just a really nice chap.
