Absolutely thrilled with our new sofa from Jaspers. We had initially looked to purchase for a larger retailer which came up a lot more expensive. We went to jaspers on a whim before we committed spending more at another store and so glad we did . Not only did we save around 60 percent retail price but we found a much nicer sofa than was in our price range in the larger retail store . The item was delivered with care by the delivery company and I would not hesitate to go back to jaspers for other household items, in fact I did have my eye on quite a few of the quirky pictures and ornaments . Brilliant service from start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble and our sofas came a lot quicker from the manufacturer than advised. Sofas were lovely, no damage and delivery was quick and on the closest day requested as they have a local man with a van. Fabric is beautiful and the Delilah sofa model is sturdy and brilliantly made. The Delilah in the shop doesnt do it justice!

Well, we only went to Hinckley to renew my husbands driving licence when we stumbled upon this amazing treasure trove of quirky, interesting, well made furniture & beds. There were so many fantastic pieces that we loved and wanted but we decided on a table & chairs, tv unit, console, nests of tables & coffee table. We also loved a chrome spitfire propeller on the wall but we will have to go back for that as we need to find somewhere to put it! Wonderful team, very thoughtful, we even had a Thankyou card to go with our purchases. Delivery guys were lovely and now we have a whole new lounge of beautiful furniture that we cant stop looking at. Thankyou to everyone for our experience & fantastic furniture. Recently moved to Hinckley and discovered Jaspers while wandering around. We usually do all our shopping online but it was so nice to find a honest, friendly shop with a great selection of goodies. We purchased our first item, very friendly staff, great price and quality. Friendly delivery people who really took care of our product while assembling it. Even got a thankyou card and a call from the manager to make sure everything was OK. So nice to be treated like a person and not just a number. Will defiantly be back. Great service guys
