My wife and I have known Darren professionally since 2009 as a financial adviser, while he was working within a global banking institution. Our investments and my pension I feel are in trustworthy hands. In addition to our planned meetings, I am able at any time to make contact either via email or phone. He explains all questions in a clear, helpful, friendly and understanding way.The investment risk level he suggested suite our needs. In the past he has also arranged for both of our Wills and Power of attorney to be organized. Darren and his team are professional people demonstrating high standards throughout many financial sectors. I have worked with Darren and the team at Richstone Park for just over a year now. I needed to consolidate all of my small pensions into one pot and seek advice in readiness for a transfer on another Pension following my Divorce. Darren and Suzi have always been professional and friendly and always gave clear expectations on Richstones' Service. Once the ground work was completed, I met with Darren and he covered everything I needed to know in detail. He was very efficient and easy to understand, backed up with a full folder with information to review etc. The whole process has been seamless and professional, and Darren gets a real understanding of what's required long term, and explains it in simple terms, and clear language.
