Having booked with Thomas Cook for over 15 years, We thought we would never find that same level of customer and personal service when booking our holidays. How wrong could we have been. Suzanne in the Millington Store provides that excellent personal touch with her vast travel knowledge and experience. She certainly went above and beyond during Covid with our holiday bookings. Her personnel and compassionate touch when our USA holiday was cancelled due to Covid, for a second time and reassurances when rebooking were second to none. So we did not hesitate in booking for January 2022 knowing all the holiday protection was in place due to the pandemic. She advised and made personal recommendations. This is something you dont get when booking online. Whether its a bespoke holiday, long haul, a Jet2 / Easy Jet holiday or staycation, I highly recommend Millingtons for their customer face to face service, communications and telephone service. Sandra and the rest of the staff are very professional and well educated of the travel industry. Nothing is to much trouble and all go that extra mile to make sure your needs are met. I've booked several holidays with them going well past next Sept 23 keep it up girls u will have my support for many years to come.

Booked our New Year Break with Jet2 through Suzanne at Millington Travel for the extra service of negotiating the COVID rules. Suzanne has gone above and beyond in keeping us informed and advised on the changing regulations even contacting appropriate people pre store opening to give us information as soon as she could. So pleased we took the decision to use Millington for our holiday bookings, feel so much more at ease that we are being looked after well and are not just a number. Suzanne shows she really cares about her customers and can't fault her professionalism and customer service. Will be using them again from now on.
