After a lackluster experience last year with the hapless crew who serviced my boiler I decided to give Meade a go. Suffice to say that I look forward to similar excellence next year.

Hopeless! Phoned them regarding plumbing leak, guy took details & said he would phone back in 5 mins with view to visit set up. 20 mins later & no call back and so I phoned again, they 'red buttoned' my call rejecting it. I called again 10 mins later and again call was rejected. I set my phone to hide my number & got answer from original guy. Moral of the story is do not call in emergency leak situation as they appear unreliable. If not interested in job simply be honest & say so, not mislead & string people along!!! Appalling service!!!

Richard came to remove our old Range Cooker and install a new one. He was extremely professional, friendly and was confident in everything I asked. He was the best value even though he came all the way from Hinckley and I was so pleased to hear you now have engineers locally too. Thank you Richard for such a perfect job we will definitely be calling you in the future .
