Disappointed. On requesting my usual e-liquid, wizmix caramel kiss, they gave me bottles in which the liquid was far too dark and steeped. I politely asked for different bottles, so he brought out all they had, a big basket full of steeped liquid. I explained the problem to the staff member, who tried to tell me that it's normally that colour. I've been using this brand and strength for many years and he wouldn't accept that he was wrong. He then blamed the nicotine in it. Considering nicotine is colourless, I said I find that hard to believe. So he reverted to some incomprehensible baloney and I ended up just buying 1, as he managed to wrongly convince me that these were fine and would taste just as good. I left the shop having felt not listened to nor believed and I didn't like the staff member's condescending tone. As they were all in date, I can only guess that they had not been stored correctly. As I expected,the steeped vape tasted dreadful so I had to bin it. I've included a picture of the steeped one from this shop, next to the same brand, flavour and nicotine strength as the one I normally buy online. I've been in there since, whilst passing, to buy a different brand for a friend and these looked fine, but my brand is still all steeped, so I'm unfortunately still having to buy these online.

Best vape shop around always good prices and the staff are very helpful especially Jey who has ensured you have a lifelong customer for going above and beyond to help me out. His customer service skills with me and the people Infront of me (who were first time vapers) in the queue were second to none, give the guy a pay raise or something staff like that are one in a million. Thanks again Jey.
