After the sudden death of my Dad I struggled to find a way to understand what had happened and how to move on with my life. In one Skype session Suzanne has changed everything for me. I feel happy again and can talk and think about my Dad without being overwhelmed by sadness and tears. BWRT really is life changing stuff. Having tried longer term counselling in the past BWRT is something I will come back to as the incredible results worked so quickly, my life is back on track. I can't recommend this therapy more highly.
