Installed an Aquata semi circular quadrant unit due to it UK manufacture and quality. However there are design flaws on the roller mechanism. The door don't stay locked in but come out if the Grove in the base. Have already spoken to Aquata and reinstalled the door and replaced new rollers but the issue continues. Avoid you will spent nearly 1000 for this and it is not value for money. There are other better designed alternatives.

Brilliant customer service! I live in Leicester and am proud to have a company on my doorstep that supplies good quality products. Have had two shower doors from them and no complaints. My seals had worn as our shower door is a snug fit so Nicola at Aquata has been brilliant to offer a replacement straight away. Beautiful shower doors! Thank you

Although it was over two years since our original purchase, Aquata could not have been more helpful in trying to establish what was causing a problem that had arisen and they have, despite being out of the guarantee period, sent replacement parts for us to try to resolve the issue. The response time was quick and the service professional and very helpful.

We purchased a shower enclosure manufactured by aquata through another supplier in 2019. Last year the unit shattered in the bathroom causing damage to our new bath and causing much distress to my family . Fortunately no-one was hurt . We have had no apology or explanation or compensation for the damage or replacement. The supplier said it may have been knocked in transit. What kind of company is this . I have children and they could have been in the bathroom when the glass shattered !!!!
