Brilliant service. Call out for broken front door, was unable to get into house. Bearing in mind it was a bank holiday, he came out straight away, and done a very good job. Very satisfied with the work done. Highly recommend!

Couldn't lock my front door, key wouldn't turn, so called Friday evening. Gary said he wasn't working that evening and advised that anyone would likely charge the best part of 100 just for the callout, but if I could wait he could come the next day. Called early the next morning and spoke to his wife with whom I booked a late morning slot. In between, and in the light of day, I was able to see what had happened but chose not to cancel the callout. When Gary arrived he immediately diagnosed a loose screw which he duly tightened and confirmed this is why the lock had shifted. As he was there I got him to fit two new patio locks as they'd broken off over time. Wasn't the bargain of the year when he gave me the bill, but equally not completely unreasonable given it was a weekend and my house was now secure, so luckily he takes cards, although he nearly drove off before taking payment :) I would certainly use him again if I needed to.
