I would rate them 0 stars if there was an option. Their ineptitude cost me a lot of money and stress. I would not recommend them.

At the beginning of my experience with GS solicitors they were professional. It took 4 months to complete sale and purchase, constant chasing. Slow progress. On the day of completion the solicitor was ill, managed to complete the sale, and transfer the pay to themselves, but not my money. They didnt have any contingentsy plans in place, werent prepared to bring anyone else to complete the job. The secretary became hostile, catty, and didnt even bother to let me know when my money entered my bank account. All the documents provided from the sale were never returned to me. I dont need them, but the buyer does. Would never recommend to use them to anyone, not very professional behaviour and who cares about the client. Estate agents were emailing to me to say GS solicitors do not respond to their emails. Ive had to forward email snd copy all parties in. How embarrassing it must have been fir the solicitors. Not a nice experience.
