Love the atmosphere and the community feel of this place. The classes, equipment and coaches are ace, and welcoming of everybody. Its great to learn to moves, work on my technique and form, meet new people and train with people who support each other. Ive recently started PTing with Hannah who is amazing

I have been visiting Lewis for PT sessions once a week for a month now, and I have never felt better! Lewis is really good at making me feel confident in the exercises, which have really helped in boosting my mood and activity levels! Cannot fault the gym, equipment and environment.
