I made an online order only to be sent the incorrect item. I have tried all avenues of contact (online form, email and messenger) and no-one is getting back to me. The item was for Father's Day and my daughters are upset that the item they chose for their Dad was not delivered. If you're going to offer a service, at least make it a good one. I am still waiting for a response. EDIT: I've now heard back from Official Geek Merch and they've rectified the problem. Thank you for coming back to me.

Ordered online and order never arrived. No communication from store & still awaiting confirmation of a refund/new item being sent. (ordered on 9/7/22, its now 24/7/22). Absolutely awful customer service, almost impossible to get in contact with. Edit- Got my replacement order with some freebies included - appreciate the gesture, thank you, but does not make up for the lack of communication about my order. I didn't even know a knew order had been dispatched. Better means to get in contact are needed.

Really nice service by genuinely interested people. They stock a great range for a medium sized venue and you can tell they have a real personal interest in the items they sell.

Has good variety of stuff if you want movie kinda merch and star wars marvel etc. Wish they stocked more
