After driving past the showroom we decided to call-in. The showroom displays were amazing and exactly what we were thinking about. Their approach was very friendly and relax, so we booked a consultation appointment. The consultant that came out was exactly the same. Very friendly, listened to what we wanted and all things considered the cost was quite competitive. We had a quote on the day as well as the design and quote emailed to us. So far the service we have received has been impeccable. So based on our experience, if youre thinking about built-in wardrobes or cupboards, Id highly recommend you give them a go.

After a few years our very expensive fitted furniture has all started to delaminate. The plastic laminate is lifting huddling and on one wardrobe door has almost come off completely. You cant keep the handles together and they come apart with use. Its terrible quality and certainly not worth the money we paid. In fairness they are coming to address the issues in March. But three months wait. Shocking! Certainly not and isolate incident. My parents have it in their house and its done the same! Stay clear at all costs. They say they have fixed the issue with a new process but I really dont have that confidence in them. Clearly these products are not durability tested.

Brilliant from start to finish, Tom the designer spent a good amount of time being thorough and ensuring that the design was to my taste and liking, aswell as ensuring accurate measurements were taken for an odd shaped room. Lance the fitter was next level, the intricacy and detail of his work was sublime and I would certainly recommend Hammonds to friends and family!

I wouldnt give them 1 star if I could shocking customer service half way through install of a 7250 bedroom advised head office that we cant actually walk round the bed if doors open and husband cant bend down to put shoes on otherwise he will hit his head on wardrobe door their reply was well its not ideal but you did get the drawings !!! Why would a salesman and surveyor not point this out at some point do they actually believe we would have accepted this !!! Seriously Im not a bedroom fitter I dont look at plans and have a clue whats what the 3D drawing looked amazing and spacious but in reality we cant manoeuvre around a door to get into the wardrobe they said move the bed over ? What after weve paid s to have sockets and lights to accommodate the fitting and they offer 100 goodwill gesture save your money go elsewhere
