Had a faulty display on my swing away heat press, upon contacting Adkins the most helpful member of staff offered advice and even spoke to a technician while I was on the phone, (I am sorry I didn't take your name) She has sent out some parts that I required with the utmost urgency, I cannot fault this company's after sales, the person I spoke to is a true credit to the company. Very pleased with the way my issue was resolved today and I would recommend Adkins to others
