Fed up of seeing people coming out of this on on their mobile phones. Almost got knocked off my bike this morning. No regard for road safety.

We had a complete power loss to our property on Sunday afternoon. Within 1 hour of contacting Western Power an engineer came out to check, he confirmed that our mains was dead. 2 hours later a team arrived with a generator to connect us again. On Tuesday another eam arrived, dug a hole, replaced the part & reconnected us to the mains. We've been very impressed at how efficient the service has been. As each team left, they let us know what the next stage in the process would be. Each team to arrive were polite & courteous. Thank you Western Power.

What a stand up bunch of guys... Very polite I received a courteous call, because of my wife's illness they wanted to make sure we would be safe in a power cut. We have received nothing at all no benifits no government grants through covid absolutely nothing.... So it was nice to hear that this company is contacting the vulnerable people and asking if they require assistance. 10/10 outstanding service
