UK Oak Doors

External door purchased from them and this completely delaminated. Customer service if it can be described as this was abhorrent. Immediately went on the defensive blaming me for not fitting it correctly and not using their products. Door was fitted as per instructions and a suitable external finish was applied thats has been used for years on all external woodwork - no problem. The door has huge holes inside and no matter what it is treated with the door will swell and there will be ingress of water. The glue will fail, the door will delaminate. The door is made in China and is very poor quality. I have other doors which have lasted years and this was a few weeks. DO NOT BUY EXTERNAL DOORS HERE.

We bought initially 7 Deanta doors for downstairs and they are so good we bought another 5 for up. Katie was extremely helpful in getting us a sample of the pre-finished door so we could see what we were buying (being able to get a small sample of a major purchase like this would be a good addition to the website!) and she then price-matched another on-line company. On our initial delivery the delivery company was poor but by the second one UK Oak Doors had listened to their customers and changed to on who provided an excellent service. I would definitely recommend this company.

Visited the showroom to view the doors and later purchased 5 1930's style Solid Oak. I had searched high and low for doors that were not covered in a thin layer of veneer. I mainly dealt with Jade, who was very helpful knowledgable. The the doors were delivered in good time, and I would have to give credit to the delivery company too. Great service all round. Thanks
