Honestly the best place in Hinckley. Everything is amazing, the manager is there to greet people upon entry. Lotus waflle and bueno couldn't be faulted, best waffle I've tasted can't wait to come back for more

I love ordering from this place as most of the products are great quality. My favourite is quadruple cookie dough. My only complaints is sometimes the cookie dough is very hard in the middle and Ive emailed to address this and received nothing in response. Another issue Is most of the time the store is unavailable to order from on Uber eats and just eat and the website doesnt allow pickup so Im often not sure how to order except to walk in, which Im not a fan of. If this could be addressed Id appreciate it.

Was underwhelmed, the place was dirty and the crepe and waffles we ordered were disgusting .

Just taken my 3 children for a surprise treat after swimming. Amazing service the staff were all so friendly even making my 5 year old a special waffle as she's a little fussy. Will definitely return and support this local run business.
