I praise the place as there are not many places in England where my son who has multiple allergies can enjoy some pancakes or ice-cream. A very good selection of ice-creams and desserts as well. That's why I give 5 stars, however, the owner should seriously consider a refurb. It's all new and clean, but the place feels very cold and uninviting. If you compare it with Tarro Lounge, then there is a plenty of space for improvement to make Delightful Desserts more comfy and warm.

Went in today hoping to enjoy a nice waffle with some ice cream however when my waffle arrived it was undercooked which is obviously something that could be fixed however when i tried to speak to the staff about it they didnt even listen to me and basically spent most of the conversation with their back turned to me which is horrible customer service. Even if yhe food aint great customer service is what makes the experience and i defo didnt get one here. What a shame

Great products but unfortunately we've had loads of orders cancelled (offers of something different have been made a couple of times), including birthday ones, because things we've ordered aren't in stock. It usually takes half an hour to an hour to be told they don't have the items in too. When you have a sensory child who only eats certain foods etc it can create meltdowns on occasions so we will probably stop attempting to order each week and just leave it. Like I said, beautiful food but just doesn't match up to stock levels or demand.
