JDRM Dental Care

I have been visiting the surgery since I was a child with previous Dentists. Since the practice changed I have not experienced the same high level of service as I had been used to. Prior to Covid I had made several appointments and each time had them cancelled at quite short notice by the Surgery. I eventually saw a dentist at the end of Covid. My teeth had some staining and I asked for a scale and polish - something that was always done by the previous dentist. However, I am aware that it seems to be now the practice, as with other Practices, to book in separately for a dental hygienist to do this at further cost. My routine examinations dont seem as though as they have been with other dentists

Update your opening hours, there are people panicking in genuine pain that are calling out for a dental appointment and panicking that they can't get through. Both you website and telephone is saying open between 8am or 8.30am, I'm still trying to get through...

I have used this dentist as an emergency 111 and also privately paying customer. They were rude and not helpful . When I needed a dental emergency referred from 111 they refused to help me because I am not registered . They don't answer the phone at the hinckley branch and the branch manager put the phone down on me . Sending automated emails for check up and then advising not a registered patient. Since the experience of not helping me with my swollen face and abscess didn't consider as a dental emergency with a visible swollen face and jaw I advised I would pay for the extraction but was refused but handing me a prescription and taking my money was easy . I do not recommend this dentist they have so many branches and they still wouldn't help .
