        Delivery due on Saturday am between 10 And 12 not received and so called help site says it was delivered at 10.29;and 11.29 to a member of my household. This is not true. Neighbours have no knowledge of delivery and it is no possible to speak to a PERSON. All others deliveries from other delivery companies safely received and parcels left where requested if house unoccupied. Most disappointing. Wolvey resident..

        I've been waiting for a parcel since monday which I ordered from Amazon. I've been checking every day online, all it says since Monday 16th there's been slight delay we'll sort it in next 24 hours. It's 24th November now.... I can't speak with a person, it's stupid! Tracking nr 0605394762402561. I'll expect Hermes to fix their failure to serve a customer not where I bought my item from!!
