Very disappointed 3 drinks I asked for which were on the board were not available!was told no brown sugar .."just what's there"...miserable staff ..one was entertaining a mate while the queue was getting longer and one young later was very curt to the point of being downright rude..the ambiance was non existent and the place looked grubby ..won't be goin again ..for those kind of prices I expected a lot more...Costa??...cost me half an hour of mylife I won't get back!

The manager was miserable and rude to both staff and customers, other than that the rest of the staff are lovely and helpful
