No hot food dispite large pictures of hot fish and chips. Cobs dry, "butter extra". Staff rude but being paid minium wage. Coffee cold. Should have gone to Morrisons.

If the staff spent as much time concentrating on their job and not standing around talking with hands on hips leaning up the drinks machine and then having to ask what I was waiting for, the service would be better.

Been here twice, once for a panini once for a bowl of chips and a coffee. Food quality is fine but both time has been over a 30 minute wait despite counting at least 6 staff. After mentioning it to the staff, no apology or anything just a "Someone will check". I won't be going back because I could buy the food in the store, drive home, cook it and still be faster than their service

Terrible service, we were waiting for nearly an hour with a child for food, in the end we complained after seeing a member of staff walk in the back with dinner for himself while ourselves and others were still waiting. We received a full refund but it was an hour waiting for nothing and leaving with an upset and hungry child. The staff didn't seem bothered either.
