My (White Peugeot 508 sw) car appeared good when I bought it from midland premier, however there were many ECU faults and the aircon wasn't working when I asked a local garage to me to inspect it. I asked for a full refund and received it in due course once midland premier found a local independent garage to them to verify my issues. I returned the car very quickly in order to get my refund without issues. All colleagues at midland premier cars were helpful accept their main sales person called Jamie, who seemed very defensive when I explained I would be returning the car for a full refund. All in all glad to have this refund but disappointed midland premier couldn't have sold the car ensuring the ECU faults were repaired and the aircon working in the first place, if that were the case this may have been a 5 star review. It proved to me the car hadn't been fully assessed and prepared well enough before the car was sold to me.

Great company to deal with. Transaction went through perfectly with everything explained throughout. Travelled a hundred miles to find my perfect car and it can't be faulted. Highly recommended.

Purchased a Discovery 3 in June 2017, was sold to us as an 'Earls Car' as this was the name on the logbook, however the car had been used by Midland Premier Cars for months themselves to tow back vehicles from auctions without registering on the logbook, which they admitted to. We also told these that the money was coming out of our disabled daughters trust so we wanted to make sure we had a reliable vehicle. Since June the following work has had to be done: Brake pads, Calipers, Disks (within a month of purchasing had to spend 1300 on this, have uploaded proof on photos) Bushes Wishbones Wheelbearings Battery (car was in Low Power Mode within a week of purchasing because the battery was knackered) Alternator (one morning started smoking heavily from under bonnet, husband ran out and removed battery cables, car was then picked up by Andys landys, when picked up we were advised if the battery cables had not been removed the car would of set on fire) Air suspension Windows washer pump Tyres (were practually bold, spinning out in the wet) And a massive turbo system failure problem We paid an extra 3000 for a warranty from these, which was not added until 3 months after we purchased the car. We have proof of this which I will upload a photo of. This has cost thousands which we also have proof of. We were never asked by Midland Premier Cars if they could see any proof of these repairs, otherwise we would of happily shown them as we are now and everybody else. After leaving a review we were contacted by the owner of midland premier cars whom we went to meet as we can not drive over 50mph in this car without a system failure. They tried to tell us to go to a mechanic they knew to confirm this, We told them to phone Andys landys where we had all the work undertaken and have receipts from and he would confirm all of this, as we did not have time to drive around all day to prove something we already know.They failed to do this. And have ignored us and failed to help in anyway since. The salesman tried to say he told us at purchase if we were not happy within 28days to bring it back, we were not told this. We have been left with thousands of pounds of repair bills which are ongoing, with no interest of help from these. Look at there reviews of similar cases where they have been taken to small claims court for cars with loads of problems. The fact that they are saying none of this can be proven is false, we can upload all the receipts of work and of the late added warranty. Avoid at all costs unless you want a dodgy car, massive repair bills and poor after sales service. Currently we have had to leave his in the hands of our solicitors as we have had no further communication from midland premier cars.
