MJ Simpson Building and Roofing

Marv and his team were on site at our house for 14 weeks. I got to know each of them during this time and can honsetly say that they are fantastic workers and now friends. They demolished our conservatory and rebuilt a sunroom with pyramid sky lantern. We also had two additional 2nd floor bedrooms built above the dining room and garage which required a new roof with parallel ridge running full width across the back of the house. The job was challenging and there were many difficulties encountered along the way (not least the horrendous weather). At each stage Marv worked with the architect and with me to find a solution to each problem and keep the job running on schedule and on budget. Marv was a pleasure to have on site and we always felt that we were in safe hands. It was obviously a building site but always acceptably tidy and it was safe. Most importantly for us, Marv made it clear that he wanted to ensure we were happy at every stage of the job. With this objective he definitely succeeded. He also employed a plasterer and recommended an electrician. Both of whom worked with the same high standards as Marv himself. I would recommend MJSimpson to anyone who wants a high quality job for a competitive price.

Marv and his team recently carried out works to our roof. The service we received was outstanding with Marv providing various different options with real honesty. Marv completed a single storey demolition and extension to create an open plan kitchen diner at rear of our house.This included a new utility and downstairs shower room. The end result was amazing.Marv is a quality builder ,competitively priced and an extremely hard worker. He is exceptionally tidy and goes to great lengths to provide customer satisfaction. Professional and a really nice guy.No hesitation in recommending him.
