Absolute con artists- been reported to the council & trading standards multiple times by multiple people- products dont work, takes your money then you dont hear anything. Theres a reason you wont see Sqiin recommended anywhere anymore. Dont waste your money here when theres so many reputable competitors in Hinckley

Extremely unreliable, I paid for a service and was promised aftercare, the Botox in 3 areas did not freeze at all. Messages have been ignored and replied to selectively for 6-8 weeks. I then agreed for another service and had an appointment at 3pm 15th June 2022 and spent 3 hours travelling to the salon for it to be closed and had no answers to phone call or messages. I have now made arrangements with another practitioner to get my Botox done at a further cost of 180. Avoid like the plague, I was friends with Kai for many years.

Absolutely amazing experience! The atmosphere is glam and very welcoming. The staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly, accommodating, and warm! Would highly recommend especially if you are new to beauty treatments, i was so at ease and confident in Kai's talented hands! I'll definitely be coming back for more xx
