Go in and ask what you want - about the Money obviously. Not so busy and I think the Staff know what to do, just some can be corrupted....

Disappointing. Hinckley branch would not process a business payment (to a supplier) despite being presented with the correct card and ID. No interest in even checking the ID regardless of the decision on the transaction. It's hard enough working around the short opening times and distance to the few branches that remain open - let alone the lack of consideration to small businesses that rely on being paid promptly. The only saving grace was the friendly front-of-house staff. It's frustrating that the same can't be said for the other staff who showed no interest in assisting.

Been with them for 2 years now and every time Ive gone into the branch they have been helpful, professional and polite. Always trying to go above and beyond to help me and their other clients, Ive always liked this bank due to them always trying to find ways to help you and your money :) Never had any problems with them

It's good that there is an automated paying in machine. It's a bit of a nuisance having reduced opening hours. Not everyone banks online or deals with telephone banking.
