        Went into this branch this afternoon to do a transaction. I was told because I did not bank with them I could not. I was pleasant and explained my reason as my bank does not have a branch near me. The 2 ladies on the counter were aserbic, unhelpful and because of this I would not use or consider transfering my account to them. Non the wonder local branches are closing with staff that have this attitude.

        i have NEVER HAD SUCH DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND NO HELP WHAT SO EVER.WILL BE CLOSEING MY ACCOUNT AND GO WITH A BANK WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE...............

        My granddaughter went to Hinckley branch today to pay some bags of coin into my account and in possession of my debit card. She has done this in the past. At the end of proceedings she was asked if it was her account - she said it was not her account but mine. The coin bags were put back in the carrier bag given back to my granddaughter and that was that. She said that this had been ok in the past but to no avail. I'm disappointed to say the least and I am contemplating making an appointment to come in and close my accounts and move to another bank. Up till now I have always been happy in my dealings with you.
