Trance for a Change

This lovely lady makes you feel so at ease from the moment you meet her. She explains everything clearly to you and most of all listens, yes really listens. She has been a fantastic support to me during a very difficult time in my life. I know I can ask for her support in the future, I can't thank her enough.

I saw Vicky a few years ago for BWRT due to fear of lifts and being trapped. This was so i could ride the new star wars ride at disney. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be off to New York in the summer. I have booked to go up the one world tower (100 floors) . Before I saw you I wouldn't even step foot in a lift. I honestly cannot thank you enough. Vicky makes you so at ease throughout the whole session. I cannot recommend her enough.

Today i have been 1 week smoke free after 31 years of smoking. I went to see vicky on friday January the 13th 2023 to get help to stop smoking and i cant believe i have been smoke free for 1 whole week without even having 1 craving for a smoke which anyone that knows me knows thats unbelievable if you need help to quit tobacco and other smokey stuff id say dont hesitate and book asap ,i can honestly say you wont regret it , i will be updating this review in the near future when im 3 months smoke free . thank you vicky you have given me a new lease of life and clear motivation to quit thats 10 stars from me Edit- 10-2-23 1 MONTH SMOKE FREE TODAY !!!

During 2020, suffered anxiety that the crisis team was called, nothing improved or helped apart from weekly sessions with Vicky for about 10 weeks. Also helped me cope with chronic pain. Sometimes changes dont happen straight away and take time, but stick with it. I havent felt anxiety for a very long time.
