        We arrived for a family meal we waited for someone to show us to our table we booked. We waited over 20 minutes to be seated we had a disabled adult in our party in a wheelchair there was no room for my son to get through which made him feel like a second class citizen. The table hadn't been cleaned at all which put us off. The photos of the carvery self service are still on the website and when we got there it wasn't self service anymore much to our disappointment . A bad experience sadly we left and will not be returning we didn't stay for the food either! As we were felt we were not made welcome by staff! I will be therefore making a complaint to head office about the lack of customer service here. As I am a customer services manager and would not like to treat my customers like this. I am glad we didn't book for a special occasion as this wold have ruined it .

        No where near as good as it used to be. The staff seemed confused, half our order came back wrong. Shame, used to come here regularly.
