Hinchley Wood Post Office

Ive had consistent issues with this post office saying that online it is open but arriving and it is not open. Staff are always rude when you ask them to correct this as well. Avoid if you can Update as of Feb 23 - my mother tried to go yesterday afternoon and was faced with a scrappy note saying it closed at 12 for no apparent reason. I really hope the post office takes action against this post office bringing down their reputation. The post master is rude, unreliable and horrible.

Extremely rude Post Master.... manners cost nothing and to be in a customer facing role with this attitude is a disgrace.

This is the third time Ive arrived before the closing time only to find they guy is not there. When he is there, he is very rude. Come on Royal Mail, find another franchisee!

I find the HW Post Office very practical and provides a reliable service. The postmaster is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the items I mail are processed professionally. Have always received friendly and courteous service. Would be lost without our local post office !!!
