G-Fit Pilates

I have been taught by Gina for over 13 years and cannot recommend her teaching highly enough. During that period, I have had 4 major abdominal surgeries and she has both prepared me for the operations and then put me back together afterwards, stronger than ever. At times, I have been having 4 lessons a week with Gina and every lesson is always different - the rolodex of exercises she carries in her brain is exceptional and she is always great with talking you through the exercises, her feedback and demonstrations. Even a lesson once a week can make a huge difference to your strength and flexibility, so if you are looking to make a change, I would go ahead and book!

I have been to various pilates classes over the years & started going to Gina's group class about 3 years ago. She leaves other classes behind! Each week is different & I'm always amazed at the variety she introduces into her classes. If one of us has an ache or pain she'll focus on that area for the evening. Great class & definitely worth giving it a go!

I have had 1:1 and group classes with Gina over a number of years. She is one of the most observant instructors I have worked with. With minor adjustments to the position of a toe or the direction of your arm, she will make each movement fluid. I never knew I could switch my muscles on or off! With her sunny personality, she makes classes enjoyable. A thorough professional, she keeps her knowledge up to date and this is reflected in her broad ranging repertoire of exercises. I am so glad I found Gina - Pilates with her has greatly improved my running and I feel leaner and stronger
