I also enjoy the variety (Im easily bored), theres been skipping, trampolining, boxing, etc. It was quite a shock to realise that I cant skip for more than a minute Im sure we used to do that for hours as children. Were working on that and I have increased my fitness level and overall toning.
I also love the posture aspect of the training and Lizs background as a dancer, and I think I now manage to keep my shoulders back most of the time! Oh and we do have a laugh which is another reason Im still training.

I have taken her advice into my every-day life which has improved my posture immensely. I am no longer hunched up all the time with my shoulders around my ears. My running has improved too and my previous injuries are not causing as many problems because my posture and technique are so much better.
