i am a friend of one of lynns ex patients, she had left every session in tears feeling invalidated and alone,lynn created more self hatred for her and made her feel as if her weight was not low enough for support from her, she did not care abt key parts of her eating disorder and she has disappointed her and made her feel hopeless, do better lynn

Lynn is a truly unique counsellor with the most professional, kind and engaging manner. She cares deeply about every client and helps you on a journey to recovery showing empathy and giving you hope every step of the way. Her approach is more personal than any other counsellor we met along the way, setting goals and being available on the phone via messaging, if there were blips or struggles. She changed our life and we will be forever grateful for her compassion at the most frightening time of our lives. Thank you, from the bottom of my heat.

I wish i could give this a zero stars I had my first appointment with Lynn coming up on Wednesday but I questioned her professionalism and credibility as I wanted to be certain that I was in good hands and to know her policies. I was polite during the messaging and did not swear or was rude to her. If questioning professionalism to explain why you're a professional and what credits you is offending, instead of an easy boast, then something slimy must be going on. A lot of people with mental health related problems, including myself have been taken advantage of, and even have a lot of paranoias and distrust due to vulnerability. In our call I explained how I was neglected by the mental health services i was under and she reassured me she was different. It turns out she is worse, as she didn't even want to give my session a shot after asking her where she gained her qualifications and what qualifications they were. Lynn's next move was to do the least considerte action of a therapist . CANCELLATION OF MY APPOINTMENT I do not recommend
